Light Trail Experiments

I thought I would post some photos of my first practice with light trails and long exposure fireworks. I really like how they turned out and I plan to have more of a vision in mind next time I do this, which should be soon!

I am having a really hard time with my English class. Not because the assignments are hard, but because the teacher is sort of ridiculous. She told me it is her "policy" to just not give full points on the essays we write, even if they are the best and deserve it the most. I spent hours writing an essay on my generation and received nothing but good comments, but also two points off with no explanation. I wrote to her asking what the reason was so I could improve my writing for the next paper, and she simply told me that she just wasn't going to give full points for any essays that anyone rights. I guess she just doesn't value her students enough to let them reach their true potential. Now I'm worried that if we write 20 more papers throughout the semester, and I don't have a chance to get 100 on any of them, that my grade will suffer as a whole. I am working really hard to be in the school's honor society and remain on the dean's list, and it's going to be hard enough already without this added frustration.

What would you do?
