Light & Color

Students in my Studio Photography class were assigned to photograph light and color, specifically fall colors because of the season. I had quite a bit of fun during this time, but unfortunately the color change only lasts about two weeks and then all the leaves fall off the trees in a 24-hour period. Today the trees are bare, but last week this is what I saw:

Next week we start working with 4x5 film cameras, which are supposed to produce extremely large, colorful prints. We are also supposed to start working with our external flashes within the next week or so.

Our final project has been assigned, we need to focus on a theme and produce a portfolio. I have chosen liquid macro, and I hope to have some nice results!
